Bejing House
Last Friday’s dinner was at Bejing House in Norwell. http://beijinghouserestaurant.com We hardly ever come here anymore as it’s a bit of a hike for dinner, but we do still love it. When we lived in Weymouth this was a frequent restaurant in our rotation. We enjoy sitting at the bar but on this most recent visit there was no room and we were hungry. We got a booth in the bar area. The waitress came over right away to give us hot tea and these crunchy things to dip in duck sauce. I guess that’s the plus of sitting at a table. You get more stuff for free. We ordered our drinks, dh with his usual Makers Mark manhattan and I got a Corona. Dh was craving crab rangoons since we didn’t get those at our last night out for Asian food. We got a small order of those, small order of chicken wings, regular order of beef with mixed veggies and a small veggie fried rice. I love their lo mein too, but we had plenty of food without it. The food came out quickly and everything was yummy. After we finished everything the waitress brought us cut up pineapple, orange slices, and 2 fortune cookies. There is a dinning area too if you don’t want to be in the bar. The food is consistent here. We’ve never had a bad meal.
